Privacy policy

This website belongs to Arvita, the name under which I, Marina Nogueira, licensed real estate broker, CRECI 296779F, work in Ilhabela. Here I explain in plain words what data the site receives, what I use it for and how you can ask to see, correct or delete yours.

What you send me

When you fill in a form on this site, I receive your name, your WhatsApp number, your e-mail (if you give it) and whatever you write about the property or your search. I use this only to answer your request and follow it through: a visit, a negotiation, a valuation or listing your property.

The data is kept in my client records system, on a private server, and I get an e-mail notice for each new enquiry.

When you message me on WhatsApp

The WhatsApp buttons open a conversation in the app. From there, the conversation follows WhatsApp's own rules.

Where your visit came from

When you arrive from an ad or a campaign link, the page address carries a source code, such as Google's click identifier. The site keeps that code only while the tab is open. If you send a form, it goes with it, so I know which ad brought the enquiry.

Visit statistics

I count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you. The site is also served through Cloudflare's network, which protects it and makes it faster.

Cookies

The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

Properties you save as favourites are kept only in your browser. I never receive that list.

Who the data is shared with

I do not sell your data or use it for anything else. It passes only through the services that make the site work: the hosting of the site and of my client records, Cloudflare, Arvita's e-mail provider. Some of these services may process data outside Brazil.

How long it is kept

I keep the data while we are in contact or negotiating, and after that for as long as the law requires. Apart from that, you can ask me to delete it at any time.

Your rights

Under Brazil's data protection law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018), you can ask to know what data I hold about you, and to correct it, delete it or withdraw your consent. Just write to [email protected] or message me on WhatsApp, +55 12 99628-0442. You can also complain to Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
