I look after the listing on Airbnb and the other platforms, the conversations with guests, the price of each night and the reviews. I have done this since 2014, with my own houses and other owners' here on the island.

Buying, selling and renting in Ilhabela, from the first conversation to the deed. work
I take on a few clients at a time, and I am the one who answers, visits the property and negotiates.
