Our story
Arvita is the result of a path its founder, Marina Nogueira, has been following for years. It began with real estate investing in the United States. Then came the move to Ilhabela, where Marina has lived for more than 15 years and raised her children.
On the island, in 2014, she began managing her own properties on Airbnb. She gained experience, became a Superhost, and other owners began asking for her help. So she started managing for them as well.
That was her way into the Brazilian real estate market, and it led her to earn her CRECI. Today she is a licensed real estate broker, CRECI 296779F.
Why a hub
In all those years, one thing was missing: a place where information was reliable and easy to find. Every answer was somewhere different, and you had to search everywhere. AI has made that easier, but it is still a challenge.
Arvita is being built to be the place Marina always felt she needed.
Where we are heading
- For buyers and sellers: all the information they need in one place.
- For real estate professionals: a network, and the tools Arvita makes available.
- In the future: taking this model to other markets, including through franchising.
This is still being built, and part of it is ready to use: the Island Guide, with who to call at every stage, and the guide to buying land.
How we work
We are not architects or attorneys. We organize the documents and information, do the work that makes the decision easier, and point you to the professionals who sign each part.
