Forest retreat with main house and 4 independent suites in Retiro

A forest retreat in Retiro da Cocaia, set in the Atlantic Forest, with views of the forest and the mountains and a small stream at the bottom of the garden.

The main house has living and dining rooms open to the kitchen, a utility area, a guest toilet and two bedrooms, one of them en-suite with walk-in closet and veranda. Natural materials and glass keep it relaxed and well ventilated.

Beside it are 4 fully independent external suites, each with its own entrance, ready for hosting family and friends or for generating income. In practice that is 6 bedrooms in total: you live or holiday in the main house while the suites earn separately.

The layout gives the property strong income potential for anyone who wants it: separate entrances, a private bathroom in each suite and the main house left intact. All of them have air conditioning, a camera system on the property and views over the forest.
